The Lady P Chair, designed by Luigi Origlia for Origlia Italia, is a beautifully resolved Italian chair that combines graceful sculptural form with the practicality required for everyday living.
These are original, authentic Lady P chairs — not reproductions.
Made in Italy, the Lady P has a wonderfully distinctive silhouette. Its gently curved back flows into the frame in one continuous, elegant form, creating a chair that feels light and refined while remaining reassuringly sturdy.
The contrast between the moulded polypropylene structure and the warmth of the timber slatted seat gives the Lady P much of its character. It is a clever meeting of modern Italian industrial design and natural material — contemporary enough for a modern interior, yet with enough warmth and personality to complement mid-century, Scandinavian and eclectic spaces.

There is an effortless quality to the Lady P.
Rather than relying on decoration, its appeal comes from proportion, curvature and simplicity. The sweeping backrest creates an almost calligraphic line when viewed from the side, while the timber seat provides a beautiful visual counterpoint to the sculpted frame.
