The Mirra 1 combines extensive ergonomic adjustment with the substantial character of an original commercial-grade Herman Miller platform. Its flexible polymer back, adjustable lumbar system, suspension seat and Harmonic Tilt mechanism work together to support movement rather than forcing the user into one fixed position.
Chairhub’s restoration experience has also highlighted the practical value of the original steel under-seat structure, suitable metal-base configurations and the ability to service, restore or replace individual wear components.

Best-In-Class. Ultra precise free moving height and pressure adjustment coupled with left-to-side controls allow the user to fine-tune the back support profile unlike any other.
Harmonic Tilt
Adjustable tilt resistance supports smooth, controlled recline. Where fitted, tilt-limiter and forward-tilt functions support different working positions.
Flexible Performance Back
The contoured polymer back uses geometry and controlled flexibility to provide structured support without relying on excessive cushioning.
Breathable Suspension Seat
The suspension seat promotes airflow, while the adjustable FlexFront edge helps support the thighs without unnecessary pressure behind the knees.

One of the Mirra 1’s most distinctive characteristics is its flexible polymer performance back. It does not require a thick foam cushion or conventional fabric-covered backrest to create a more natural structured support system for your spine and over all back.

Mirra 1 and Mirra 2: Different Design Priorities
Herman Miller and Studio 7.5 redesigned the original Mirra to use less material while retaining the design’s athletic attitude and intuitive adjustment philosophy. Herman Miller states that Mirra 2 became approximately 30 percent lighter than the original.

The nominated configuration includes a new pneumatic-height cylinder covered by a Chairhub's height adjustable pneumatic cylinder warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms, operating conditions and exclusions.
